Welcome to Ratermann & Associates.
Vicki and Carl started Ratermann & Associates in their Home office in the summer of 1989.
Since those humble beginnings we’ve always had the goal not to be the largest Food Brokerage in St. Louis, but the most trusted and respected. As a testament to this aim, some of the very first principles we acquired have chosen to remain with us until this day.

Ratermann & Associates continued to grow...
In 2005, we outgrew our former premises and moved into our current location in Kirkwood, MO which was completely remodeled and suited to our needs.
We have a complete kitchen, conference room for hosting events, a walk-in cooler and freezer for storing samples, and over 3,000 square feet of warehouse space. In 2016, we expanded once again when Ratermann & Associates merged with Centerplate Marketing, and Dave Klipsch joined the leadership team.
Now firmly established in the St. Louis area, we provide expert service in all areas of food service, especially healthcare, schools, and hospitality. We look forward to continuing our model of success into the future, and providing top-quality, personal service to all of the food manufacturers and distributors we represent.
